PERSONALITY
Oceanstar is one of those easy-to-love cats, and he's quite easy to get along with. He's also quite lovable to be around and loves a good joke as long as its harmless to him and others. His heart, like the softest moss, is soft and warm, but untouched. Oceanstar is quite determined, as anyone can possibly see. He'd protect his Clan at all costs, as long as it did not involved hurting any of his clan mates. Unfortunately, this tom is often unsure, and possibly swayed for particular reasons, as well as a pushover. Oceanstar is also quiet, but that reason is because he's thoughtful; he thinks things over to see if they're reasonable or not. Due to Oceanstar's age, he can be a little immature.
However, most of these traits are completely diminished in the sights of other Clans. Around them, he's angry, fierce, and has little mercy. He is a cat that should be feared, at least a bit. In battle, Oceanstar is still fierce. He always does his best, and his best is often quite enough. Now, what about if Oceanstar loved a cat? He's infertile, so no kits. No matter how much he dreams, no matter how much he wants, he won't have any. So that would be a very, extremely complicated relationship. It'll be hard for both cats, for Oceanstar definitely has not told anyone about this. It took him a while to figure out, too.
APPEARANCE

Oceanstar has a lean, slender build. Though he's quite small, his long legs give him a much better ability for swiftness, hunting, and obviously running. His ears, though seemingly quite average, are bigger than most cats in his clan, catch sound far away almost easily. He rarely has to strain his ears to hear, and this is good.
His pelt is as white as white foam churning onto a beach's shore. On top of that, he has patches of many colors such as brown, black, grey, light orange, beige, and plain regular-colored orange. His ears are both brown near the base and up to the middle, but they darken to either a dark brown or black at the very tip. Oceanstar's nose has brown and black on it as well as the area around his right eye. Speaking of eyes, Oceanstar's are as blue as the ocean, or make a shining lake, maybe even bluer. They have a tinge of the color of the sky and clouds, and they're almost always fully of serenity and peace. His eyes are round, shaped like small almonds. Oceanstar's eyes also always seem to be filled with curiosity, for he always wants to learn more about the world.
From a battle long ago, Oceanstar still has an injury on his back left leg, even if it's still healing- very slowly. It was from a back surprising him, grabbing his leg, almost breaking it. Oceanstar still has a scar and is sometimes seen limping, but he tries to hide it. Every once in a while, Oceanstar has to visit the medicine cat, Crashpaw to have it checked.
TATTOO
Oceanstar has two tattoos, since he's a leader. His warrior tattoo is a simple wave outline in black on his left side that seems to glow, fading from black, then grey, then to his pelt's main white. He's pretty sure it represented himself, Oceanglow. Oceanstar's leader tattoo is on his right side. It is a thick, bold-lined brown roots. The roots on his shoulder are all different lengths.
HISTORY
Oceanstar was born to a gentle but very proud she-cat. Her name was Fogshine, for she always seemed to shine through the bad times. She named her only tom Oceankit, in hopes he'd turn out great and become deputy. When Oceankit became of age, Fogshine requested to be his mentor. Some reason, she always seemed to like him better than his other two sisters. All sibilings noticed this, especially the newly-named Oceanpaw. He was sad, for his sisters were always angry with him, though Oceanpaw was sure sorry. Four moons later, when Oceanpaw was ten moons old, Fogshine became very ill. She could barely move, and suffered for one full moon, until she finally died. Oceanpaw grieved, but not too much- he hadn't really liked her, for she only wanted power herself. Fogshine was replaced with a new mentor, obviously.
Oceanpaw's sisters became warriors two moons before Oceanpaw himself. This was because he begged and begged the leader, but it wasn't too hard. His sisters were great at everything, and Oceanpaw seemed to have been slacking- for his sisters. He hasn't ever told anyone that he did this, for fear that his sisters would be angry. Oceanpaw finally became a warrior, with the name of Oceanglow, probably because the leader was remembering his mother, Fogshine. Oceanglow, too, seemed to take some traits and abilities from his mother, and most respected that- besides his sisters. But no matter how much they hated Oceanglow, they wouldn't betray the Clan, by killing him- or leaving. At twenty-three moons of age, Oceanglow became deputy. He was quite young, and many older cats envied him, though he deserved it. Oceanglow himself didn't believe this, he greatly doubted himself. In fact, he went to his leader's den to ask why he was made deputy, and he came out literally glowing. Finally, he felt complete. His mother would be so happy.
One day, the leader disappeared. He was on his last life, for he always battled hard. For weeks, he wasn't found. But Oceanglow finally found him, on the way to the Gathering. Somehow, the leader was still alive- suffering and starving, but alive. However, the leader spoke only few meaning words, then truly died. He said that a fox got to him, and he had been sick- and he promised himself he wouldn't die until he made sure Oceanglow was still alive. So Oceanglow became the trusted Oceanstar at the young age of twenty-seven moons. He has only been a leader for two moons, and his deputy is more than five moons older than him.
Oceanstar has a big secret. Many may have guessed, but they can't be sure. He's infertile, mostly because he's male and a calico. Oceanstar tries his best to hide it, but it's still hard. It's not his fault. If he wanted to have kits with a she-cat, he simply couldn't. Some how, he'd have to find someone who'd let him adopt one of their kits, and that'd sure make a complicated relationship.
